About Me
After graduating from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM in 2011, I began work as a counselor in community mental health before beginning my private practice. I have been in private practice since 2015. My style in therapy is all about compassion and gentle assistance in my clients finding their own healing. IFS (Internal Family Systems/parts work) is the main modality in my practice. Currently, I've been studying and working in this model for 4 years and plan to complete training through IFSI in the coming year.
