About Me
After graduating from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM in 2011, I began work as a counselor in community mental health before beginning my private practice. I have been in private practice since 2015. My style as a therapist focuses on compassion and gentle guidance in finding personal healing. IFS (Internal Family Systems/parts work) is the main modality in my practice. Currently, I've been studying and working in this model for 4 years and plan to complete training through IFSI in the coming year.I always aim to create a relaxed environment where the focus of our time is YOU. NM Residents: Accepting BCBS (non-Medicare), Presbyterian Commercial lines, Los Alamos Healthcare Assistance Program, private pay
TX Residents: Private Pay only. Can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement or use a service like Mentaya for reimbursement. Sliding Scale available, $150-130 per session.Reach out via email or phone for more information.
